Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

By accessing and using Webzool's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our goal is to provide absolute clarity to our clients regarding project scope, revisions, and deliveries.

1. Project Scope & Deliverables

Webzool specializes in high-converting landing pages, emailers, and campaign sites. All deliverables, features, and precise page counts will be explicitly defined in a Proposal Agreement sent prior to any invoice. We operate on a fixed-scope basis. Any requests outside of the agreed-upon initial scope will require a separate quote.

2. Payment Terms

Because of our aggressive timeline models (5-10 days), our payment terms strictly require 100% upfront payment, or a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due immediately upon final design approval but prior to source code handover/live deployment.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the Initial Strategy or Architecture phase (Day 1) has commenced.

3. Revisions & Approvals

Our pricing tiers specify a set number of revision rounds (e.g., Starter plan includes 1 round, Growth includes 2). A "round" consists of a consolidated list of feedback. Drip-feeding feedback over multiple days will be counted as multiple rounds. Revisions must align with the initial brief; changing the core product offering or entire site structure mid-project is not considered a revision.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment closure, Webzool transfers full intellectual property and source code ownership of the final designs to the client. We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we design entirely for conversion optimization, Webzool does not guarantee specific sales, leads, or financial outcomes. We provide the highest-tier tools for success, but market fit and traffic quality ultimately dictate exact ROI.
